First Night In China

Well, we made it safe and with no problems to China and our hotel here in Beijing. Our flights were all on time, all our baggage was accounted for, and we didn't get stopped at customs at all. PTL! My first impression of China so far is... "Wow, this city is really clean and put together." We checked into the hotel and ate what was probably the most amazing authentic Chinese food I've ever had! Yummy! I have yet another fantastic team with me here in China and I can't wait to see how the Lord uses each one. Tomorrow we'll be going to the registered government church and then doing a little sightseeing at the Summer Palace, then prepping for our week at the Orphanage! Can't wait to see the kids!
